I made this website for my Digital Media Innovation Capstone final exam. My intention is to attract more business to college student owned small businesses. I originally wanted this to be just for Texas State students but I now would like it to be for any college student with a small business.

How is this profitable?

This business idea was not intended to bring me a bunch of money, but Creative Co-Op takes a small comission (.05%) of each sale, and sellers pay a low monthly fee of $10 to sell on our site. We also offer marketing packages where sellers can have their products featured on our social media pages. We also intend to market to college students, especially ones who have a larger following to advertise our products. We also host giveaways on our social media to bring in more engagement with our website. 
 
We are sustainable as we are supporting individual creators and giving them a larger platform to sell their goods. The buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping in addition to the products, and sellers are expected to ship out their own products.

How do I start selling my product on Creative Co-Op?

We're so glad you asked! There are a few requirements:
1. Are you a college or high school student?
2. Do you have 5 or more sellable products?
3. Are you able to ship your products to your seller in a reasonable amount of time? (3-5 business days.)
 
If you answered yes to all 3 of these, you're ready to become a member of the Creative Co-Op! When you sign up as a seller, we offer the first month for free, and after that it's only $10/month. This includes full access to the website, where you can sell as many products as you want and have your own shop page. You also get a custom email specifically for your customers to contact you, that way any questions a customer has won't go to your personal email, and you can have all of your business emails in one place. We also offer other packages that include marketing and the ability to advertise your product higher on the website's homepage.
